All sales are final

Because each item is crafted specifically for its buyer, all sales are final. Pieces are produced in limited runs, so returns, refunds, and size exchanges cannot be processed.

Damaged or defective pieces

If your piece arrives with a factory defect or damage from transit, we want to make it right immediately. Please reach out to us at infozebusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and our team will rush to resolve the matter.
